Do you take custom orders?
From time to time, I will take a custom project if it is something that will challenge me and/or I find it to be an exciting opportunity to work on skills that I have not yet polished. I don’t often have the time to work on anything but my primary line of knives such as the Orion & the Arcadian & Raven, but it doesn’t hurt to ask. See the Custom Projects page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but only at your own risk. Local laws and regulations are different in every country (and sometimes up to the interpretation of the individual customs officer) and you should spend some time taking a look at these prior to ordering a knife from me if you are outside of Canada.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. I try to be as reasonable as humanly possible, but I expect the same in return from my customers.
Defects in manufacturing are covered. If you have an issue with your knife, please contact me directly and I will personally handle it on a case by case basis. Please note that some things are not covered by the warranty such as normal wear, scratches, sharpening, and abuse/misuse. Examples of abuse include but are not limited to spine whacking or batoning with a folding knife or using any knife as a pry bar. Modification may also void your warranty.
How do I care for my knife?
Always store the knife clean and dry. I like to use a rust preventative such as AEGIS solution as an extra preventative measure.
What kind of materials do you use?
My work and the shop are constantly evolving in an effort to make each knife better than the last. Each knife will have the materials listed on the website but rest assured, I only use top quality knife making materials and components.
Will you sell me a knife if I’m under 18?
While I have nothing against young people owning and using knives responsibly, I will not sell to anyone under age. By purchasing a knife from me you verify that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally allowed to own the knife. I am not responsible nor do I condone any illegal activity with one of my knives.
